Susan has been trying to balance her daily nutritional intake for many years. There are many nutritional paths to consider, such as maintaining a diet that enhances the Ph balance in our bodies (i.e., sticking to alkalizing foods instead of acidic foods). Finding a balance can be a challenge, and Susan would like to work with you & research your questions. What we consume can either enhance or detract from our overall health.
